Lunch in Joe's Crab, Sanfrancisco

   I ordered Seafood platter.  It looks good and taste yummy! My friend ordered Shrimp with shredded coconut.  This taste sweet. All the staff of Joe's Crab gave us a dance number.  We even dance with them. My friend and I planned to go back there.

Chicken Cooked in Ginger

Ingredients 8 pieces of medium size chicken legs cut into two or you can use other parts of chicken 1 inch size ginger cut into medium size strip salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp of fish sauce (optional) 1/2 pound of spinach leaves (optional) Put inside the pot the strip of ginger and chicken.  Add salt and pepper to taste and  fish sauce (optional).  Do not add water.   Cover the pan and cooked the chicken in a very low heat,  let the juice of the chicken comes out.  Wait till the chicken is tender. If the chicken is tender put the stove in a medium heat,  let it cook for at least 15 minutes.  Turn the stove off and then add spinach leaves (optional),  let the heat cook the spinach.  Your chicken ginger is ready to be served.

Mixed Vegetables Omelet

Ingredients 1 small piece of carrots 1 small piece of potato 1 small piece of  sweet potato 1 cup of  cabbage,  cut into small pieces 1/2 cup of uncooked shrimp, cut into 3 pieces 1/2 cup of broccoli or cauliflower 1/2 glove of garlic, cut into small pieces 1 piece of onion,  diced into small pieces 2 eggs, beaten 11/2 cup of flour Vegetable oil pepper and salt to taste Cut carrot, potato, sweet potato into small thin slices so it will  easily be cooked.  Cut broccoli or cauliflower into small pieces.   Put all vegetables in a large bowl.  Add on the shrimp, garlic, onion, eggs and flour.  Mix well.  Add pepper and salt to taste. Heat skillet to medium heat.  Add vegetable oil.   Scoop mixed vegetable, use a table spoon and put it inside the hot skillet.  Cooked until medium brown.  Turnover to cooked the other side.   If  already cooked, put the vegetable omelets in a plate with pape...
